Nonconsensual intimate image removal

Take It Down Act

Pipoz and pipoz.app may host user-created photos, film, and other media in pippets and chat. If an intimate photo or video of you — including one that was digitally created or altered — was published here without your consent, you can ask us to remove it.

You do not need a Pipoz account to submit a request. You may also submit on behalf of someone else if you are authorized to act for them.

How to submit a request

Email contact@oliktric.com with the subject line:
TIDA / NCII removal request

In the email, include all of the following:

  1. Signature. Your full legal name, and this statement: “I sign this request” (or, if you are authorized: “I am authorized to act for [name], and I sign this request on their behalf”).
  2. Where to find it. Information that helps us locate the content — for example a pippet or page link, approximate date, people involved (names, emails, or Pipoz ids if you know them), and a short description of what appears.
  3. Good-faith statement. A brief statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was published without the consent of the person shown, plus any facts that help us confirm that.
  4. How to reach you. An email address (or other contact) we can use to reply about this request.

Submit online (no Pipoz account)

Same four fields. Optional phone and authorized-representative checkbox.

What we do after a valid request

If we receive a valid request, we will remove that content and make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving the valid request.

We may reply to ask for missing information. The 48-hour period starts when we have a complete valid request.

We will try to tell you when the content was removed, or why we could not remove it (for example: incomplete request, content not found, or not covered).
